White base, red top tug boat with a yellow cabin on top with an attached captain figure and smoke stack. The deck and smoke stack are blue marked with "F" and "P" within red and blue circles. The boat is pulled by a yellow plastic cord that has a yellow "life preserver" squeeze bulb on the end. The boat rolls on 3 small blue wheels.
Measures 8-1/2" long, 5-1/2" wide and 7-1/4" high.
